Purpose

These terms govern the services offered by MC FACIALIST.

Quotes

Each service is subject to a prior quote setting out its content and price. The quote is valid for 30 days. The order is binding once the quote is accepted.

Payment

Payment is made under the conditions stated on the quote and the invoice. Accepted payment methods: bank card on site (terminal), cash. Any late payment incurs late payment penalties at the rate stated on the invoice. For business customers, a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs is also due (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

Right of withdrawal

When the contract is concluded at a distance or off-premises with a consumer, the consumer has 14 days from its conclusion to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, except as provided by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. A service fully performed before the end of this period, with the customer's express consent, no longer gives rise to a right of withdrawal.

Liability

MC FACIALIST makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure.

Mediation

In the event of a dispute, a consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, after sending a written complaint to MC FACIALIST.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
